🌸 Calling All Tea‑Time Heroes!
Hey ELBC friends — we’re brewing up something special! Our High Tea ’n Play event is just around the corner, and we need up to 10 cheerful volunteers to help make it sparkle.
While guests are bowling, we’ll be setting the scene — arranging tables, prepping treats, and getting ready to pour tea and serve up smiles. It’s all about teamwork, laughter, and making the day unforgettable.
🕐 Arrive at 12:45 pm to get organized and grab your assignment.
Already registered to attend the Tea? Perfect! You can still jump in to help after the bowling — enjoy the fun and the satisfaction of making the event shine.
👉 Sign up below to join the volunteer crew. Your helping hands (and friendly faces) will make this day truly delightful — and we’ll be eternally grateful!
With warm thanks, The Organizing Committee
