1. Click on and Open the membership file, and download it from the website. Save it to directory of your choice.
2. Rename the file - ie  ELBCmembership2026(your name) and open the file again.
3. Tab through the document entering your information
4. Where there is a Yes/No choice just click on the right answer and a check mark will appear.
5. Once complete save the file and email your form to Mike Russell, Director of Membership at  [email protected]
An e-transfer of funds can also be sent to Mike at the same email address.
