Join us this summer for a competitive and friendly singles tournament. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills or enjoy some spirited match play, we invite you to sign up and hit the greens.

📅 Tournament Schedule
Entry Deadline:
Friday, June 5, 2026 — No entries will be accepted after this date.
Kick‑off:
Initial random pairings will be posted on the ELBC website and in the men’s locker room on Monday, June 8.
Championship Match:
The final match will take place in late August.

🎯 Tournament Format & Rules
The tournament structure (one or two round robins) will be determined by the number of entries, followed by playoffs between the top‑seeded players.
Match Structure:
• Each match consists of two 9‑end games.
Determining a Winner:
• A player wins the match by winning both games, or by winning one game and tying the other.
Tie‑Breakers:
• If players are tied after two games, a 3‑end tie‑breaker will be played.
• The player who wins two of the three ends wins the match.
Mat Selection:
• A coin toss determines the mat for the first and (if needed) third ends.
• The loser of the toss chooses the mat for the second end.

👟 Player ResponsibilitiesScheduling:
Players are responsible for arranging their own games.
Equipment:
Please ensure all equipment is set up before play and properly put away afterward.
Deadlines:
Games must be completed by the deadlines posted in the locker room or online.
• First deadline: June 14
If you require an extension, please contact the Convener in advance.
Scoring:
• Scorecards are available in the locker room.
• Both players must sign the card after the match.
• Leave the physical copy in the locker room sign‑up area and email a digital copy to [email protected].
