2026 Membership Application - New and Renewal
Once you have completed the form make sure you download it and print it right away. Your information is not stored on this form. If you leave this page before dowloading it you will have to reenter all information.
1. Download the form and save it to a directory of your choice.
2. Rename the file - ie ELBCmembership2026(your name) and open the file again.
3. Tab through the document entering your information
4. Where there is a Yes/No choice just click on the right answer and a check mark will appear.
5. Once complete save the file and email your form to Mike Russell, Director of Membership at [email protected]
An e-transfer of funds can also be sent to Mike at the same email address.
