How to Pay for Your Renewal or New Application:
Once you have submitted your membership form please e-transfer your funds to Mike Russell, Director of Membership at: [email protected]
Or mail a a cheque made out to Etobicoke Lawn Bowling Club to:

Make Sure you press the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.

Fields marked with an * are mandatory and must be completed before form will be submitted.

You will get a "success" message if all mandatory fields are completed.
